Technical support is provided to the original owner 10 years from purchase date.
Modular Design Our furnaces are designed to be installed and serviced by the end user. Nearly every component can be replaced by typical users with moderate technical skills in one hour or less. This saves time and expense as compared to traditional furnace designs which require factory trained personnel for servicing.
Technical Support Includes diagnosis of equipment problems and recommendations for repairs or part replacement.
Spare Parts Commonly used replacement parts are generally kept in stock for fast delivery. After receipt of payment, required spare parts are quickly shipped anywhere in the world via air freight.
A RD-G is now available at the factory to conduct preliminary trial runs on customer samples.
Customers are cautioned that process development often requires a long extended effort. Definitive results are rarely obtained in one or even a few trial runs. The purpose of this service is to provide some preliminary indication that our furnace is suitable for the customers own process development efforts. The charge for this service is $5,000 for five furnace runs.
